Woodworking 101: Toolbox

This woodworking workshop is one of our earliest workshop (since we started 5 years ago), and we're still always excited for all kinds of #SelfMadePeople to try this out. This workshop is a compact know-how into the world of woodworking. By attending this course, you will be a confident semi-wood-expert with skills from measuring, cutting, assembling, to finishing. You will try out the wood cutting machineries we have here at the makerspace such as the radial saw, table saw, miter saw, and band saw to make your #SelfMade wooden toolbox from scratch. You will end the day with woodworking skills as well as a the tools box that tou get to bring home right away.

The workshop will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia. English speakers may receive assistence in English.

• Be able to use different types of woodworking machines to cut materials, and also understand the unique characteristics of each machine
• Assemble all the wooden parts of the wooden toolbox
• Do simple finishing to smoothen the surface
• Make your own wooden toolbox from scratch

• Although very few of our workshops are canceled, Indoestri Makerspace reserves the right to cancel a workshop if it has not enrolled enough participants. In the event that a workshop is cancelled, you will be notified via email and entitled to a full refund.
• Participants must agree to give Indoestri Makerspace unrestricted publishing rights for any pictures or footages that are taken during the workshop session.
• Individuals participating in Indoestri Makerspace workshops must take on full responsibility for any risks, injury or damages, which he/she might incur as a result in participating the in the workshop.
