Intermediate Woodworking: Wood Stool

Join our founder, Leonard Theosabrata, at our intermediate woodworking workshop, where you will learn to make your own full-wood stool at our makerspace. You will get to understand how the joints work and how to operate the different machineries that we have here at our woodworking area. There will be a lot of heat (and dust), but its definitely a good experience to have during the weekends.

No previous knowledge or experience is required to attend this workshop.

The workshop will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia. English speakers may receive assistence in English.

• Be able to use different types of woodworking machines to cut materials, and also understand the unique characteristics of each machine
• Assemble all the wooden parts of the wooden stool
• Do simple finishing to smoothen the surface
• Make your own wooden stool from scratch

• Although very few of our workshops are canceled, Indoestri Makerspace reserves the right to cancel a workshop if it has not enrolled enough participants. In the event that a workshop is cancelled, you will be notified via email and entitled to a full refund.
• Participants must agree to give Indoestri Makerspace unrestricted publishing rights for any pictures or footages that are taken during the workshop session.
• Individuals participating in Indoestri Makerspace workshops must take on full responsibility for any risks, injury or damages, which he/she might incur as a result in participating the in the workshop.
